Originally released on Island 99963. There were so many really, really great funk grooves laid down in the early 1980's! Where did they come from, and where have they gone? This one was from the amazing, rarely heard followup to Jones' hit "Pull Up To The Bumper," and really socks it to ya. It's the second rare example, in as many days, of a woman basically telling her man to take a hike, and tough if he don't like it. :-) (Hey, I've got nothing to fear, cause I'm not a jerk! Right, honey?) This is a new, unplayed copy of the reissue on Island's "Revival of the Fittest" series, which has now been eliminated by Warner Bros. Note: Some of these copies have very light storage wear on the labels and vinyl. Condition Detail:Label: M- | Vinyl: M | Audio: M-Written by: P. Slade-P.
