This great song was first released in mid-1967, but didn't do so well on the pop chart. In 1968, after Campbell had a couple of Top 40 singles, Capitol re-released it. The second time around, the tune did better, but still only barely cracked the top 40, amazingly enough. The 1968 release reached #44 on the Country chart and #39 on the Billboard Hot 100. Note: This 45 record comes in a vintage Capitol Records factory sleeve. It grades very close to Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio).
