This is a beautiful copy of the Four Seasons' last chart single for Philips before taking a break from hit-making until 1975, when they returned big-time with "Who Loves You" and "December 1963 (Oh What A Night)." I'm sure the dismal showing of this single was disheartening to the group and their producer, since both the song and its arrangement are actually quite splendid. It was also the first (and only?) single that was credited to "Frankie Valli & the 4 Seasons." The flip side of the sleeve has a short promo/bio of the band. Note: This beautiful copy has Near Mint labels with a tiny date inked on the B label. The vinyl and audio grade very close to Mint, and the picture sleeve is Near Mint as well.
