In case you were wondering, it's the B side of this Folk classic that got Dave Marsh's attention at #452 on his list of the 1,001 greatest singles ever made. Just a warning if you're not familiar with it: "Daddy Rollin'" ain't your Mother's Dion! (We use this side to assign the 45 to a genre, although clearly "Abraham" isn't "Hard Rock/Metal" :-) Released only as the B side (not available on the album) to a familiar and comforting anthem, in "Daddy Rollin," as Marsh says:Haunted electric guitars clang and clash against one another, drums pound in from another room, uniting in a wad of noise symbolizing nothing but spelling out pain and fear... It was the scariest music Dion ever made...
Note: This beautiful copy comes in a vintage Laurie Records factory sleeve. It has no notable flaws, grading Mint across the board (Labels, Vinyl, Audio).
