#916 (Marsh 1001)
Going Back To Cali/ Jack The Ripper by L.L. Cool J

Label: Def Jam 07679 Year: 1988
Condition: M- $9.00
No images available.Talk about hard to find... I'm always on the lookout for a Near Mint or better copy of this sucker, which Dave Marsh includes in his list of the 1,001 greatest singles. What a great beacon of light in the history of rap music... Not only the amazingly inventive A side, but the unbeatable flip as well. Now this is what Rap is supposed to be like! The A side, by the way, was featured in the movie Less Than Zero, which was filled with other great rock and rap music acts from the 1980's.
